Speedo equals better fit, performance, quality, and innovation. The Victory 3″ Brief is modeled similar to our popular race briefs, but with a fashion twist of colorblocked side splicing. Speedo is the only swim brand to use Xtra Life Lycra through most of their line, which lasts 5 to 10 times longer than traditional lycra.
